Worlds Most Costly Mobile - Solarin Phone 10 Features ( $20,000 SMARTP...

1. According to the company, Solarin is the world's most secure Android smartphone.

Outside the agency norms, Sirin Labs claims to provide the most advanced privacy technology,

currently unavailable in the consumer technology sector. The smartphone has 256-bit level of

somewhat reminiscent of the defence techniques

2. The Solarin smartphone runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, clocked at 2 GHz. The SD 810 processor is the company's 2015 flagship and has been quite infamous for heating and lag issues. The smartphone, thus, comes with support for

all 24 bands of 4G LTE.

3. With a 23.8 MP rear camera sensor, the Solarin packs in a strong camera with features

like laser autofocus, four-tone LED flash and HDR mode. The front camera has an 8MP camera sensor

with features like a front-facing flash and electrical image stabilization.

4. The Solarin is definitely not the sleekest and lightest smartphone out there.

Weighing in at 250 grams and having a width of 78mm, the smartphone needs to join

the gym to compete with the mighty flagship smartphones of the contemporary age.

5. Keeping up with 2016 flagships finally, the Solarin manages to fit in a Quad-HD display,

with a resolution of 2560x1440 pixels. With a 5.5-inch IPS panel, equipped with Gorilla Glass 4,

the Solarin is expected to have a bright and vibrant display.

6. The Solarin has around 128GB of non-expandable storage, along with 4GB of RAM.

It also packs in a 4,000 mAh battery unit under the hood, enabling an average usage of 2 days on

a single full charge. With a standby time of over 2 weeks, the Solarin can charge up pretty fast with Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 support.

7. Dropping the idea of plain, default color options;

Sirin Labs has decided to go with innovative new variants for the Solarin.

The smartphone comes in four-color options - Black Carbon Leather with Titanium,

Fire Black Carbon Leather with Yellow Gold, Crystal White Carbon Leather with Diamond

Carbon and Fire Black Carbon Leather with Diamond Carbon. Now, that's quite a range!

8. The Solarin manages to fit in some neat water and dust resistant ratings as well,

to improve upon the overall sturdiness and durability of the smartphone. It is powered by a heavily

customized skin based on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.

9. As discussed above, the Solarin was developed by an Israeli startup,

Sirin Labs. Founded in 2013 by Kazakh investor, Kenges Rakishev, the company

is currently headed by Tal Cohen (CEO) and Moshe Hogeg (President). Sirin Labs plans to scale up production levels in the future.

10. The Solarin smartphone will be available at a price of USD 14,000 or Rs. 9 lakh approx.

It is currently only available at the company's London flagship store. It will also go on sale

at Harrod's chain of stores starting June 30. The Solarin will touch North American and Asian markets later this year.
