✔ Homemade Ghee From Milk Using Hand Churned Butter | Indian Village Recipe And Clarified Butter




This is the traditional way in which butter obtained from raw milk in the past,hand churned butter, Butter milk,make pure ghee (clarified butter) at home.

Ghee or Clarified Butter is prepared at home by boiling the butter, evaporating its water and removing residues. It can be stored for long time at room temperature without refrigerating. It can be easily stored by keeping it in the airtight container to get prevented from oxidation.Ghee is good for our health and is also used for medicinal purposes.
