Ingredients 1 cup Suji 3 boiled Potatoes 2 tablespoons Corn Flour 1 tablespoons Chilli Flakes 1 tablespoons Garlic paste 1 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Sugar 2 tablespoons Butter 4 cups Refine Oil Heat 2 tablespoon butter On a pan Add 1 tablespoons Garlic paste Add 1 tablespoons Chilli Flakes and fry until a good smell comes out now Add 1 cup Suji and stir it well now Add 1 cup of water and cook it until it becomes thick now take 3 boiled potatoes and smashed it very well now add cooked suji with it add 1 teaspoon Salt add 1 teaspoon Sugar mix very well 2 tablespoons Corn Flour and mix very well knead the dough using knuckles, then fold and knead again Now heat the fry pan again and add 4 cups Refine Oil and keep it in low flame when the bubbles come out start to fry until it becomes brown colour now your garlic potato finger is ready to serve.
