INGREDIENTS:-

1) Chopped Capsicum

2) Chopped Green Chili

3) Chopped Tomatoes

4) Chopped Onion

5) Poha / Flattened rice / Chira

6) 2 Eggs

7) Green Peas

8) Red Chili

9) Zira / Cumin

10) Salt 2 tbs

11) Turmeric Powder / Haldi

12) Raisin / Kismis

13) Cashew Nut / Kaju Badam

14) Cinnamon/Darchini,Clove/Labanga & Cardamom/Elaichi

15) Tomato Sauce

16) Chopped Potatoes





STEPS TO PREPARE:
1.      Put Oil In A Pan. When Oil Becomes
Warm Add Red Chili
2.      Add
Cumin / Zira
3.      Add
Chopped Potatoes
4.      Add
Salt 2 Tbs
5.      Add 1
Tbs Turmeric  & Fry It Well
6.      Raisin
/ Kismis & Cashew Nut / Kaju Badam  Add
Into Warm Water
7.      Add
Chopped Onion & Fry It Well
8.      Add
Chopped Capsicum & Add Chopped Green Chili
9.      Add
Cinnamon/Darchini,Clove/Labanga & Cardamom/Elaichi
10.   Add Green Peas
11.   Add Chopped Tomato
12.   Mix All Together & Fry It Very Well
13.   Add 2 Eggs And Make It Deep Fry
14.   Add Tomato Sauce
15.   Add Raisin / Kismis & Cashew Nut / Kaju Badam
16.   Add Poha / Flattened Rice / Chira & Fry
