Indian Mango Chutney Recipe Easy Steps:-
1) Cut Mango into pieces.
2) Turn on burner and heat the pan or bowel.
3) Add Oil and heat it.
4) Add PANCH PHORON (Cumin, Brown Mustard, Fenugreek, Nigella and Fennel).
5) Add Salt and Turmeric powder and mixed well.
6) Add chini shira or sheera.
7) Add Water and boil it.
8) When it boil properly turn off the burner and serve it.
