Traditional roti recipes call for chapati

Roti Making Process on Roti Maker:
- Take a bowel
and pour Atta or Flour as you need.
- Add the Salt.
- Place the flour in a large
mixing bowl and mix thoroughly with water.
- Remember : Your dough must
be very soft for good puff Roti.
- Connect power plug and on power
switch

- Open the upper part
- Take dough and make it
round with lightly dust with flour
- For making roti attach the
flat section of roti maker handle with upper section. Then press it
gently.
- When roti maker become hot
the power indicator.
- Now put the dough on the
pan beside the connector of two pan and press gently.
- Place your flattened dough
on the hot pan or tawa for about 15-30 seconds. The roti will be ready to
be flipped when you start to see bubbles form on the top side.
- Now cover roti with upper
side pan . Your Roti will
automatically puffed up and Roti is
ready to serve.
- When your Roti making is
finished Wash with dry cotton towel.
- Remove plug and put it
safe area.
