How To Make Cabbage Pakora Recipe - Crisp Cabbage Pakoda





Cabbage Pakora Recipe Ingredients:-

1) Chopped Cabbage 2 Cups

2) Chopped Onion 1/2 Cup

3) Chopped Garlic 1 Tea Spoon

4) Chopped Ginger 1/2 Tea Spoon

5) Chopped Green Chilli 1 Tea Spoon

6) Red Chilli Powder 1/3 Tea Spoon

7) Sugar 1/3 Tea Spoon

8) Rice Flour 1/2 Cup

9) Besan 1 Cup

10) Beaking Soda 1/4 Tea Spoon

11) Turmeric 1/2 Tea Spoon

12) Salt 1/2 Tea Spoon

13) Refine Oil 2 Cups



 The Recipe Of Making Cabbage Pakora Recipe:-

1) In a plate or bowl add chopped cabbage, turmeric, onion, chopped ginger, chopped green chili, chopped garlic,sugar,salt, red chili powder, Besan, beaking powder and Rice Flour .

2) Add water to make batter and mix it very well. Batter should be medium thick.

3) Now take a vessel and pour refine oil and heat it. Keep the flame medium.

4) When the oil become hot take small portion of mixture in the hand and gently pour it in the oil.

5) Deep fry untill they turn golden brown in color and crispy.

6) Serve the hot crispy cabbage pakoras with some green chili .
