Tomato Pakoda Recipe - Tomato Chop Recipe - Tomato Pakora





Ingredients:-

1) Tomato Slices

2) 1/2 tbsp Salt

3) 1/2 tbsp Sugar

4) 1/4 tbsp Red Chilli Powder

5) 1 cup Besan

6) 1 cup Rice Powder

7) 1/4 Baking soda

8) 1 Cup Refine Oil



Tomato Pakora Recipe Process :-

1) Add Salt, Sugar and Red chilli powder  with Tomato slices .

2) MIX ALL TOGETHER VERY WELL AND KEEP IT 20 MUNITES

3) Add Besan,Rice Powder, Baking Soda and Water little at a time .

4) Mix all together  to make a smooth and thick batter.

5) Hit Oil in a deep fryer and let the oil be really hot.

6) Coat the Tomato slices in batter.

7) Slowly release the coated tomato in hot oil.

8) Dim the flame and fry it till each side is golden brown.

9) Place it on a plate and serve it with some geen chilli.
