Potato and Pumpkin Fry Recipe - Quick Recipe





Potato and Pumpkin Fry Recipe Ingredients:-



. Chopped Potatoes

. Chopped Pumpkin

. Black Cumin 1/2 tbsp

. 5 Slice Green Chilli

. Red Chili

. Sugar 1/3 tbsp

. Turmeric 1/2 tbsp

. Salt 1/2 tbsp

. Mustard Oil 1/2 Cups

. Cumin Seeds 1/2 tbsp



Methods:-

. Take a vesel and heat it.

. After that pour 1/2 cups musterd oil and heat it.

. When the oil became warm add 2 red chili , 1/2 tbsp cumin and Black Cumin 1/2 tbsp.

. After that add chopped potatoes and mix it.

. Then add 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder and 1/2 tbsp salt and fry it very well in medium flame.  It take some time to fry.

. Now add chopped Pumpkin, 5 slice Green Chilli  and  1/3 tbsp sugar.

. Keep the flame in medium.

. Now fry it untill it cooke properly and it turn brown in color.

. Your dish is ready now for serve.

. Serve the hot crispy Potato and Pumpkin fry  with Roti,Chapati or Puri.
